With ResortPRO being a startup company, they had not established an online presence while the were beta testing and finalizing their software. In January of 2009, ResortPRO approached Lurus to figure out how they could increase online sales inquiries.
ResortPRO represented a challenge. They wanted to compete in an extremely competitive and well established market, and they did not even have a strong domain. While they had registered resortpro.net, they never took the time to upload content. They are faced with the challenge of trying to compete in search engines without any firepower.
